Apple varieties
McIntosh
The McIntosh has red and green skin, a tart and sweet flavor, and tender white flesh, which ripens in late September.

Gala
Gala’s have a mildly sweet flavor and crisp texture. Known as a good snacking apple they are also good for baking, juicing and freezing.

Grape varieties
Concord grape
Concords have a deep, sweet flavor, that finishes off with a tartness that keeps them from being overwhelmingly sweet. Concords will be sweetest at the peak of their harvesting time. This flavor is what makes them so common in jam and jelly.
Somerset grapes
The medium-sized seedless fruits grow in small to medium-sized compact clusters—and the fruits have a sweet, unique, strawberry-like flavor and juicy, firm, crisp texture.
Himrod grapes
Himrod Seedless grapes are often described as having a sweet, delicate, almost honey-like flavor with a melting, juicy texture.
Mars grapes
“Mars” are rounder, with deep violet skin and juicy candy-like flavor – very similar to a concord grape.
Everest grapes
Everest bears large clusters of large, seedless juicy berries with a flavor similar to the famed Concord grape.

Other varieties
Bartlett Pears
Bartlett pears have a classic pear flavor with lots of juice and a smooth, buttery texture. Bartlett pears are great for fresh eating, and the preferred variety for canning pears.
